- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on multiple services. We travel anywhere in East Tennessee, but locations over 50 miles away may be subject to a trip fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have completed over 1000 security installations. We have multiple technicians that specialize in TV mounting and IT.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What security needs are important to me? Cameras are great for catching vandals and documenting attempted break ins, but do nothing to get help sent to you. We offer multiple options, but we never pressure our clients.
