Our experience with Iven was more than 5 stars! He remodeled our entire kitchen from top to bottom and did a fantastic job! We cannot be more happy with the transformation of our 20 yr old kitchen. He took down a wall to give us an open concept to our living room as well. Anything we asked of him, he was more than willing to help with. He customized shelves for us that are perfect and the herringbone tile backsplash he did came out amazing! He was very neat and cleaned up after each work day too. We would recommend him to all of our friends and family! I’m posting before and after side by side as well. Awesome job!!

Treat yourself to a contractor that provides exceptional quality, reasonable pricing and great communication! Ivan @ IPRO CONTRUCTION LLC is all of these things. Ivan recently completed a 2 bathroom full renovation (down to the studs, walls moved, ductwork moved, plumbing moved - the works)! This was a pretty large job so I interviewed (3) companies I found via Thumbtack. All of the contractors had impressive portfolios and good ideas; however, Ivan stood out. He was consultative without being pushy and did not rush the quote - plus the job pics he shared were high end and polished. Ivan was always respectful of my house - being careful when moving materials in and out of the house, ensuring floor coverings were secure and cleaning up after every work day. He put up with my "crazy" without getting inpatient (I can be very particular at times) and ensured I was satisfied at every phase of the project. I am incredibly lucky to have found Ivan... he's a likeable guy who does superior work. I intend to use Ivan for future home renovations.
