They have built an overhang in the corner of my house where the crawl space is to stop the water from pooling. This has been a long time issue for me. They are also installing a custom built crawl space door to replace the old broken door. I have been promised for that by several contractors over the years but they never came through. It’s nice to have a contractor that I can trust.
