Carey, was awesome. He was so great with his communication. I so admired his honesty, and professionalism. He had an unexpected problem with his truck and instead of requesting a different day; he rented a uhaul and came to remove the junk. Please don't hesitate to use him. You will be pleased.Feb 10, 2020Verified
Cary was very responsive and thorough. Due to some misunderstanding on both our parts, there was a task he left undone, but was quick to rectify and complete the full job. He was polite, professional, easy to communicate with. I would definitely call him again if I needed more junk removed. Highly recommend!Jan 17, 2019Verified
Carey went above and beyond all that I had hoped for when hiring someone to help remove a slew of unwanted materials and trash from my home. He was professional, on time, affordable, got the job done exactly how I wanted, and was super nice the entire time. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to hire a junk removal company...Jan 10, 2019Verified
Cary was extremely reasonable and willing to go the extra mile. I hired him for a junk removal job and was amazed at how much he was able to fit into is truck to keep costs to me down. I will definitely hire him again.Jan 22, 2018Verified
Cary was very accommodating with the time and changes. When he showed up though, he did not have a helper with him. He just brought his wife, who couldn’t/wouldn’t lift much. We asked for them to move several heavy/furniture items including two treadmills. When they moved one upstairs, but I had to call my daughter back from a date to help him move it. When they moved the second one downstairs, she was at the bottom(holding the heaviest part) when he said “I’m going to let it go and let gravity take over”. She now has a broken toe and is bruised all the way from her hip to her knee. Overall, I would definitely recommend, but not for heavy lifting. He will remove junk with no problem and even took horrible smelling objects with cat urine on them. Just don’t hire him for any type of furniture moving.Nov 15, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I admit I try to have a lower price. it's not because of lack of concern or standards. it's because I am starting out. That's not meaning I lack knowledge or experience, but I know I need more jobs to prove myself. I know that without the profile of the others, I can't ask for the prices of the others. I'm trying to build my name and my experience and profile. I see it as that difference in the costs I give, is what I'm paying to build and grow to become the best I can be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know them. let them know who I am. Show them how I intend to help them achieve the service they ask, not the person who only looks.for.the short cuts with the highest payoff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a couple of years of college. mostly though I. the.culinary arts, but also I was raised by a mother and grandparents who taught me a strong work ethic.
