I have used them many times and have always been pleased with the completed job. All I have to do is send pictures to get a quote and pick up time. Communication is great if there are any issues. Their rates are very reasonable. If I could have chosen all 5 choices about what I like working with them I would have.

JJ’s was very easy to get in touch with and responded with lightening speed! We had our pickup scheduled very quickly and they handled everything from there. They showed up on time and handled the job quickly and efficiently, and were extremely kind and professional. We’re so thankful to them for taking care of our job at the very best price around. They are amazing. We have used them 3 times now. All 3 times have been great experiences, professional experiences. They show up when they say they will, and they call to give notice they are on their way. They communicate well and are very responsive. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3% fee added if you use any cash app except for Zelle(free) but cash is ALWAYS good! Also I provide a receipt too!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, please be accurate with photos. This will allow us to give you an accurate quote. If we get on site and pictures aren’t accurate then the price will change
