This business provides great customer service. I hired them for a junk removal, it went so well, i ended up hiring them for a paint job i had going. I could not ask for any better out of the two jobs. They did anything they could to help, and money was not an issue, i was not even charged for some things. I do not know if your projects will go as good as mine did, but they was flawless to me.

I needed my 4000 squar foot house cleaned at the last minute. I replied i had 20 foot ceilings that needed cobwebs cleaned and no one sent me a quote but these guys. I seen they had all good reviews but one and it looked like a miscommunication between the two. Something about they hired the wrong person. These guys came in and cleaned my ceilings to the baseboards. Everything was very professional! I guess some business are not cut out for the big jobs. These guys handled it like it wasnt nothing. Next time i get a cleaning i am definitaly calling these guys again.

I had Fowler Services clean my apartment, two bed and one and a half bath, including appliances. They gave me a fair price based off the square foot of the unit. Some businesses went to high some went to low. I went with my gut on it after checking out their website. All said they came in and did a great job. They cleaned areas that wasn't even paid for and they gave me $20 off for being a new customer. I was nervous at first about thumbtack since this is my first time doing anything like this, but it couldn't have went any better. Thanks you guys for the good clean and I will be seeing you soon.

Haley, We are really glad you enjoyed our services. Our square foot quoting is one of our closes bids we can give without looking at the job itself. It always seem to pan out to get an accurate quote. I'm not sure how other businesses do their quotes but a lot of other customers say the quotes was way to high or way to low also. We are glad you checked out our website. We think that helps potential customers trust us more. If we are cleaning and see an area that needs attention that is not paid for we usually clean that area anyway. We hope the $20 off for new customers helped? Robby is an awesome worker! He blended my ceilings in perfect. He was fast and very professional, had all the right tools, and operated them well. My ceiling looks just as good if not better then before the leak.

I got a one time standard clean, three bed, two baths and refrigerator from Fowler Services. Everything went great from the quote to cleaning. They have normal prices to where they supposed to be not to high and not to low. I chose them for the job and it looked real good. They touched up my oven and did my laundry for free. They are real nice people and a real good cleaning service!

Depending on what the project looks like, what condition it is in and what all needs to be done. Whether we buy materials or the homeowner buys the materials. That is how we give estimates on our jobs. We have a thing called budget works. The homeowner can give us a budget they have for the project and we see if it can be done for that. This is a thing that homeowners like due to not dealing with multiple contractors and way to high quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very good just meeting new people and showing off my work makes me feel good about myself at what I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very educated in my line of work due to it being a family thing and I have always did it since I was a kid.
