I am so pleased with Bluegrass Home Improvement! I had a major issue with outside and inside door alignments that was solved by Willem’s expertise. He discovered that I had flooring issues that needed extra repair in order for my door to work sufficiently. Willem took the time to fix my problem and even went above and beyond to do several extra tasks necessary to make the repairs perfect. He communicated well, was on time, listened to what I needed to be accomplished, and made the door work so much better and my floor area safer. I give Bluegrass my highest recommendation and will use them in the future for home improvement projects. Thanks for a job well done!

Although I was billed for $150, and we suffered multiple miscommunications, I do not think the individual is a bad guy. Sometimes mistakes happen, this one just happened to cost me $150.
