- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really like to look at the house before I bid, or at the very least have detailed pictures of each room. But on average my prices are: Painting: (Walls only) $75 for bedrooms, $85 for master. $110 for living room, kitchen, etc. Want trim around the rooms painted add $50 to each room. Ceilings painted add $100 per room, ceilings over "10 feet add $200. Patches under 2' x 2' : $75, above that I need to see in person. These are the best numbers I can give you without looking at the job. Prices can change when I see what I am working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Diploma- I have been working in construction for 6+ years and been working on my house, my parents and siblings homes for 10+ (my late teens) I am very mechanically inclined, I used to take things apart and put them back together when I was young, still do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
