- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family is in the tourist industry and works closely with Old Time Photos. Because I’ve always had cameras in my life, I started taking pictures very young. In the eighth grade, I entered a competition with BETA with a black-and-white photo and won. That boost of confidence and started it all.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients ranging in age from one to 80 years old. I’ve also done everything from holiday shoots to pinup style.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently took fall photos for a four month old and a one-year-old. The energy was high, and it kept a smile on my face which I think transferred to my customers. They shoot location was it Kyker’s Farm. With four backgrounds and multiple snack breaks the shoot took about 2 and a half hours.
