We hired Sosa and Sons to fix a nasty smell that we had coming out of our HVAC system when the AC was turned on. All of Dr. Sosa's responses to us from the initial Thumbtack request, to calling us when we chose to hire them, coming out to our home for a quote, all through to the completion of the project, were done in a prompt and timely manner. Dr. Robert Sosa is probably the most intelligent and knowledgeable contractor we have ever hired for a project. He took so much extra time to explain everything that was happening with our system from the mechanics to the chemistry of the problem. We ultimately chose to do a fix for the smell and to have additional preventive maintenance done to the crawlspace insulation and moisture barrier. All work was again done in a timely, efficient manner and for a very reasonable cost, based on our past experience of having similar projects done in the past. Dr. Sosa's team of employees were incredibly polite and very knowledgeable as well. The project was completed to specifications and done very well. Dr. Sosa himself made multiple 'extra' trips to help us out with other things, just to be kind. For example, we wished to have a specific type of air filter and when we had trouble finding it, he went out and bought us one himself since he knew what we were searching for. It's always the extra step or time that someone puts in that sets a business above the rest and Sosa and Sons will go out of their way to do a fantastic job for you. We plan to hire them again in the near future for other home projects. We have also highly recommended them to our friends.

Robert Sosa and his team performed exceptionally well in installing three toilets and three bathroom faucets and executing a number of minor repairs. I will call on them the next time I have plumbing, electrical or other home construction/repair projects.
