He responded to my message quickly and gave us a quote in a timely manner. He showed up on time and did a very thorough job. He pointed out other problems that I was unaware of, gave us a price and performed the work the same day. He’s also very polite and courteous. You can’t go wrong with him. I’ll try to post pictures at a later date.

Very responsive and the crew is truly an advocate for the homeowner! What great character to take the time to notice anything needing attention. It’s like getting an inspection and cleaning in one! I was unaware of a siding issue and he took the time to take pictures and show me so I could get on it. Many thanks! I’ll definitely be using Godbey clean for yearly maintenance!

In one word Godbey Clean is best described as Superior. From beginning to end the process was pleasant and efficient. I could not be home when the work was done, and was worried because our vinyl siding was filthy from neglect. When I got home to see it, I was stunned at how clean it was. And they left no mess, no splatter on the windows or doors, no trampled plants or grass. Beyond excellent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off our services for seniors and military - active or retired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all new and returning customers the same. We meet in person to discuss the project then on the day of the project we communicate with them about our process. When the job is complete, we always do a walk around to ensure the customer is happy with our work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up as a kid that loves being outdoors, I spent a lot of my time helping Dad out in the yard and keeping up the exterior of our home. As an adult and homeowner, I put that experience toward making my own property look it’s best. I enjoyed doing that work during my spare time. It was always a dream of mine to open up my own business, and since our move to East TN a few years ago, I decided to make that enjoyment into a full-time reality. “I’m doing what I love and I love what I’m doing”. You will see that in my work!
