Tommy responded to quickest, took a good look at my yard, the condition and gave me a cut/trim quote along with a quote for a maintenance plan that was super competitive. He starts tomorrow (then I'll rate the quality :) )

I feel very lucky to have been connected to Tommy and his company through Thumbtack. My experience could not have been better! They were prompt in coming to do the estimate and followed through on doing the job in a timely manner. Tommy communicated with me regularly and was extremely polite. He and his team were very competent and completed the job exactly as we discussed with a high level of professionalism. And...the price was very fair. I chose the maintenance plan and am very pleased with the work that has been done. Great value for the amount of work performed. Also, Trim Time is handling a landscaping job (change out borders, take out overgrown shrubs, mulch, etc.) and I am very pleased with the results. My yard looks fabulous- very open and clean looking. I would highly recommend Trim Time Lawn Care.

I got a prompt quote for my job. He has good communication. He lets me know when there are problems and offers good solutions. He mowed my lawn the day he said he would and it looks great. The first mow is free and that is awesome too. Some places charge extra when your lawn gets over grown. His prices are reasonable and I don't feel like he is trying to take advantage of me. He told me he would lower his price a bit if he could get more work in my area and he was able to do that today. He didn't string it out a few months he told me immediately (after the first time he mowed my lawn) when he was able to lower the price. My neighbor and I will be using him again.
