Carmen's team at Applesauce was THE BEST. I travel to different cities every month to host large events, always including bartenders, and Applesauce really stood out to me. Their responsiveness and kindness was there throughout the planning, execution, and post-event. We will definitely be hiring Applesauce again next time we visit Memphis.

I only hire Apple Sauce Bartending, Inc. for all of my events. I recently hired Applesauce for my birthday celebration for a small group of family and friends at my home. The service, professionalism, and attention to specific details are always outstanding! The owner, Carmen, and bartender, Nikki, ensured my event was perfect! Communication and punctuality are consistent and last but not least, cocktails/beverages are AMAZING!!! The set-up always adds to the event decor. Book Applesauce for small or large events, mixer parties, etc.! You are in for a treat!!

Carmen is professional in every aspect. She is innovative in her ideas and execution which, as a customer, makes working with her exciting and exclusive.
