Mia was a breeze to work with. From the first message on the app to the final "Thank you" on the day of the wedding, Mia was phenomenal. Mia made us feel comfortable with her down to earth vibe, which was so refreshing. Her calmness in the midst of chaos (in our minds... lol) was professional and made everyone more comfortable in the moment. Our group is very private, and we really don't socialize much. Mia did not miss a beat, though. Her polite, endearing mannerisms shined in that environment. Basically, what I'm saying is, Mia is amazing and can adjust on the fly with whatever crowd is before her.
Mia will be the perfect fit for any occasion. She will go above and beyond to make your guests feel welcomed and at home. She will assist with tasks that are not even her assigned roles. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the needs and wants of the customer. My basic services include a lot, I bring the bar so you can relax and enjoy your event! I currently offer referral discounts and I offer various discounts throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather all information for what they are looking for so I’ll start with dates, how many people will be served, ect. I tailor each event and bartending service to meet the needs of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food / beverage industry since 2010, from places like family diners, 5 star restaurants, and clubs. I have my serve safe certifications as well as my TABC license.
