Introduction: Hi, and thanks for giving us here at Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services an opportunity to serve you. Here at Squeaky Clean, we strive to exceed customer expectations. We are currently running a special -- $60 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours and $40 for each additional hour for a basic cleaning. A basic cleaning includes the following: * kitchen -- wash dishes, clean and disinfect countertops, sweep and mop floors, and polish appliances * bathrooms -- clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers, clean mirrors, sweep and mop floors which includes up to two bathrooms; there is an additional fee for additional bathrooms * includes one common area (such as living room, great room, den, family room, etc.) -- services include dusting and polishing furniture and vacuuming * includes up to three bedrooms -- services include making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming. There is an additional fee for additional bedrooms. We also clean ovens and refrigerators for an additional $15 each. This is a summary of the basic tasks we perform when cleaning a business. We seek to customize our services to meet your needs above your level of satisfaction. Therefore, these services are adjustable, and additional services can be added to meet your specific needs. We also do the following: Office Areas, Hallways, Stairs, Entries, etc: * All areas including ceilings and walls dusted on top, front and sides * Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened * Hard-surface floors swept and wet mopped * Carpeted floors vacuumed * Glass tables cleaned * Picture frames dusted * Lamp shades wiped down or dusted * Blinds dusted and wiped, if needed * Telephones sanitized * Waste receptacles emptied, damp wiped, and liners replaced, if desired * Toiletries restocked as scheduled, if desired * Smudges removed around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas * Soil removed from entrance door frames, handles, glass and threshold * Carpet spots removed * Light general straightening Restrooms: * All surfaces dusted and sanitized, as needed * Sinks scrubbed, rinsed and buffed * Fixtures cleaned * Tubs and/or showers thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, if applicable * Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind * Vanity top cleaned * Mirrors cleaned * Floors vacuumed or swept and mopped * Light general straightening Break Room/Kitchen Areas: * All surfaces dusted and sanitized as needed * Countertops and backsplash cleaned * Sinks scrubbed and rinsed and buffed * Floor vacuumed or swept and mopped * Outside of appliances cleaned (oven, microwave, refrigerator where clear, dishwasher, stove top, etc.) * Inside of microwave cleaned * Small appliances wiped (toaster, blender, etc.) * Table washed * Light general straightening Miscellaneous: * Any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages reported
