I am a graduate of lecole culinaire in memphis tn. I have a degree in culinary fundamentals and pursuing a degree in business management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for cooking since my early teens and decided I wanted to attend culinary school to become a chef and afterwards be one a caterer and personal chef
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers from different ethnic backgrounds.
