- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are registered with the American Heart Association and our price is $60 for BLS and $85 for CPR/First-Aid. Your certification is good for 2 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work to accommodate the customer. We work by appointments only and our hours are typically 9 am-630 pm. We work some Saturdays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HeartBeat-CPR promotes safety education which involves teaching CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety. Additionally, information about Stress Management, Nutrition, Fitness, Child Abuse and Blood-Borne Pathogens is provided. HeartBeat-CPR updates training information continuously and reflects the latest research. HeartBeat-CPR being the recipient of Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce 2011 Small Business of the Year (less than 11 employees), is unique by that training is conducted at the customer’s preferred site. HeartBeat-CPR has provided training to corporations, nurses, educators, firefighters, childcare and industrial laborers for the past eighteen years.
