- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is well worth it. I work hard to make your event a successful one. The sound quality and the presentation will speak for it self.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is based on the event. If it is a wedding the ultimate communication is needed. I sit down with my clients to get all details needed. They have access to me via phone number and email. Make sure I give my clients everything they need and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is always something new to learn in this field. I have been doing this for over ten years now. Experience!!!
