- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide any pricing I must come and give a free estimate. This begins with me arriving at the location seeking flooring. This first meeting is to establish areas, square footage, existing floors and discussion of new desired flooring. After the initial meeting I will shop for the specs, color and price range the customer is seeking. On our second meeting, I will present the customer with samples and estimates based on the different products that fall under the new floor description. We will finalize all pricing and schedule installation once the customer makes his/her decision.

I was raised in the flooring industry and have always enjoyed being a part of the trade.
