Mr. Cox quickly responded to my request for power wash of my house. He was knowledgable and courteous. He thoroughly cleaned the outside of my home removing dirt and mold. Now it's spotless! I will call him again for his tree cutting services in the near future. Very satisfied.Jul 6, 2014VerifiedPrecision Painting Company's reply
Mrs. Green made everything for us a likeable situation. Just another great University of Memphis alumnus, and also a psychologist in the Shelby County System. Thanks Mrs. Green!!!!!!!.
I contracted Precision Painting Company to repair rotten wood panels the chimney of my home was selling as well as the clean and service the A/C unit. They performed excellent work on both jobs and completed the timely. Mr. Cox followed up immediately to make sure all work was completed to my satisfaction.Aug 21, 2013Verified
They did an excellent job grinding out my stumps - they were very careful around the bricks and cleaned everything up at the end of the project - outstanding work!!!Jul 12, 2018
Precision Painting did an amazing job with the paint and carpet in the bedroom in my condo. The crew was extremely professional and friendly. I visited the condo while they were working one day, and everything was as expected, and the home was still clean and in order. The paint job was immaculate, and they took care to ensure that the paint was even and consistent on all walls. They installed new carpet extremely fast and were extremely patient when the carpet did not come in on schedule. They removed stress and communicated very well while I worked with them. My new home is better for it.May 3, 2016
Recently my insurance company noted some rotted wood and other problems on my house and threatened to cancel my homeowners. I found Terry Cox and Precision Painting on Thumbtack and due to their great reviews decided to give them a call. I contacted Mr. Cox to come and look at the entire outside of the house and give me an estimate on needed repairs. He arrived when promised with his foreman and immediately got to the inspection. He described in detail what he felt was needed and how they would accomplish it. He also said that when they got through the insurance co. would change their mind. His estimate was incredibly reasonable so I agreed for them to do the work. He asked his foreman if he wanted to go ahead and get started and within thirty minutes, they were at work! They were very polite and respectful and worked really hard. They power washed the entire house, replaced any suspect wood, raised a saggy corner of the roof and did some touch up painting. (I must add that they matched the paint colors perfectly!) They actually finished a day earlier than I expected and did a good clean up, too. The final price was hardly a hair over the estimate (one extra can of paint)! Mr. Cox and his crew know what theyre looking at and what to do. I was so pleased all round I am going to hire them for more projects. One of the best things was simply that Mr. Cox did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and kept in constant communication. Ive never been more impressed. By the way just as Mr. Cox said the insurance company came back out, took another look and changed their mind!Oct 22, 2014

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decided to get in my line of work , because I love seeing nothing turn into somethng of great worth. I love the idea of makng things look visually satisfying to the eye. What a wonderful feeling!!!!!!!!!
- What types of customers have you worked with? Our most common types of jobs are , interior/exterior painting jobs, bathroom remodels, heating and air jobs, kitchen remodels, carpentry jobs, flooring jobs, plumbing jobs, pressure washing jobs, sheetrock jobs, roofing jobs, and tree cutting jobs, to name a few.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?A recent job ,that we did, that I am particularly proud of is the exterior painting of my next door neighbor's home. Futhermore, we had to replace all the rotten wood where needed. The first thing that we did was to pressure wash the house, insuring a great bonding force of the applied paint to the surface. Finally, once we caulked , scraped , and sanded some areas of concern, we topped it off by painting the wrought iron work black and had a great white exterior painting job and the customer loved it.
