We recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from a Leafguard sales representative, Cory Peterson, and are compelled to share our positive experience. From the moment we initiated contact with Leafguard regarding gutter installation, to the finalization of the project plan, Cory ensured a seamless (like their gutters system) and satisfying experience within our price range.Cory arrived on time the day after we made a request for an estimate. He let us know what would happen during our meeting and after thoroughly assessing the condition of our current gutter system, he shared with us what he found and showed us through pictures of the many problematic areas. He was knowledgeable about the many types of gutter systems for us to compare and went through each type with small model examples. He gave us detailed information about Leafguard's products and services, patiently answering all our questions, and provided valuable insight to help us make an informed decision about our own gutter system, based on our environment. His thorough understanding of the product instilled confidence in us that we were making the right choice for our home.Furthermore, Corey demonstrated care and attentiveness throughout the process and took the time to make personalized recommendations tailored to our specific requirements.
