What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $50 consultation fee. I do not price before evaluating the job. If I have accepted the job, I will give a price range and alert you to any changes that may cost more before completing them. I will also provide an invoice upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request a detailed description of the tasks. If it is a job that requires a consultation, I set up an appointment for evaluation so I can give an accurate quote for the job including materials needed. If it is a task that can be completed on the first visit, a price is quoted and an appointment is set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Building Maintenance and am acquiring different skilled licenses to better my craft.
