- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Home cleaning is $25 an hour. Move in/ move outs are a bit more due to the hard work that goes into cleaning them, and the extra square feet without the furniture. 4 hours is $150 8 hours is $299. We make adjustments for hours in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out a little bit about them, what there preferences are, or cleaning needs. If they have children or pets. If they have ever had service before, and if so, why were they changing. I want them to feel comfortable talking to me, so they know that I do care about their busy day, and their needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a general degree in business management, and I had a mom who hit me with broom if I didn't clean it right, and made me do it agsinLOL! I couldn't play until my chores were done, Ilearned to be fast, and efficient at an early age!!:)
