- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are for labor and installation only. I would give discounts, when I do more then 1 project or a big project to the same customer or if they referral me and I get a new project they will get there next project at a discount price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and listen,planning and make suggestion on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i been training since I was 13 years old I like to innovate and make my own creations.
