Mr. Mendez did a great job! He was there within one hour of my post to give me a bid, which was more than fair, and started work immediately. The work I needed done was completed by the following afternoon! He did very good work, and we are very picky as my fiancé has flipped many houses. We had already hung our drywall, but needed to have it finished as we didn't want to mess with it. We could tell from the moment he showed up he was legit and knew what he was doing. Mr Mendez did an excellent job and had a great attitude as well. We could not have chosen a better person to do the job and do it so it quickly!
