I am a copier repair tech and did not know what to expect using an online company to find me a local PC repair tech. After contacting A repair tech that had a good price quote. He came to where i was at and picked up my laptop and repaired it and had it ready the same day. Wasn't sure about the transaction in the beggining but afterwords Travis with Surefix knows his stuff and will continue to get my business!!! He has great prices and just as great workmanship! I recommend Surefix for any of your pc/laptop/software issues! Terry Watson

Service tech and I communicated well through the site before his visit. Then he showed up on time, did the repair/adjustment straightaway, and chatted for a few minutes, amicably and knowledgeably, when he found out we were new Memphians. Most important, his price was significantly lower than other quotes and his work was outstanding. Highly recommended.
