- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the vehicle, its condition, and the type of service needed. I believe in being upfront, so customers know exactly what’s included before the job starts. If there are add-ons or anything that may affect pricing, I communicate that clearly ahead of time. I also run occasional specials and package deals when available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with finding out what the customer needs and what condition the vehicle is in. From there, I recommend the best service, confirm pricing, and schedule a time that works. On the day of service, I focus on delivering a thorough detail with clear communication from start to finish so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work, constant practice, and learning the right techniques for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining vehicles. I’ve spent time improving my process, understanding which products work best for different surfaces, and focusing on details that create a better final result. I’m always learning and working to sharpen my skills.
