- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call for a quote on odor removal. Mold assessment starts at $300 for the basic outside control sample and one interior air sample. These tests include a 40-point checklist of possible troubled interior areas, moisture and humidity readings. Additional testing (if necessary) is available at an additional charge.

Current license and certifications include: Licensed Mold Assessor Licensed Mold Remediator (non-practicing) Indoor Air Quality Tech (IAQ) Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) Environmental Health Services Tech (EHS) Allergy Safe Tech (AST) Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) Certified Ozone Tech (COT) Formaldehyde Screener (CFS) Stan Moser is also a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and serves as the Regional Director of the National Ozone Association (NOAI).
