- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of pricing packages depending on what is requested, but the most common is the MLS Snap40 package that provides up to 25 digital images for $145. Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home. Agent rate, for MLS, 25 images: Up to 4,000sf=$145; 4,000-6,000sf=$172; 6000-8,000sf=$244. FSBO rates are higher. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Confirm booking time 2. Send details and invoice to customer 3. Photography session 4. Process images 5. Deliver images electronically in 24-48 hours
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Allen is formally trained as a commercial photographer and has been a full-time photographer for over thirty years. Steve had photographer as part of his job description for several advertising agencies and a Fortune 1000 company.
