When working with a potential customer, it is very important to us that we get very clear on what is expected of a particular service that is needed. Having clear effective communication is very important in this type of business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Depending on the service that is needed, we first get crystal clear on what the expectations are so that we do things right the first time around. We like to look at our customers as "our bosses." Our goal is to not only do things in an effective, swift nature, but to go above and beyond.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our wide range of services brings a range of people as well. Some of our accounts include banks and medical facilities, while other services are more directed to the average homeowner. The ability to be able to adapt to your surroundings is not only important in Life, but especially in our line of business.
