Jordan did an awesome job for us on our project! He understood my vision right away and I could trust him creatively to take the lead when I needed him. He was dependable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend working with him.

StoriesUp - Memphis's reply
Sharon, I'm sorry that you feel that way. I am a little confused as it was my understanding that "An American Trilogy" was the main song/medley and I have it in its entirety from 2 cameras: https://vimeo.com/259212294
So I don't really understand what you mean by "cut short" here.
I am also surprised to hear you say that the still shots were mainly unusable. In going through them I was able to quickly find 19 really good ones https://www.flickr.com/gp/163231745@N07/4ik8Y1
out of the 187 pictures that I took. I really like these pics and they haven't been edit yet! There are probably at least 75 or so that are good/usable. And that's pretty good considering I only took stills during 1 or 2 songs and concentrated much more on video for the bulk of the show per your request.
I'm sorry that I may have made your post-production work more complicated by bringing and filming with 2 cameras instead of just the 1 camera that you hired me to shoot with. I thought I was going above and beyond, but maybe you just needed something very simple.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These are my rates for videos:
$1500 for a half day shoot (1-4 hours) + 1-2 min edit
$2500 for a full day shoot (4-8 hours) + 2-5 min edit
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I find out about the company, company history, company culture, etc.
2) I ask for pictures of the filming location, or if budget allows for it, I do a location scout.
3) I'll send over the questions to the interviewees so they can take a look at them before the filming date.
4) I'll film the interviews and the b-roll at the locations, typically doing the interviews first.
5) I'll edit the video with a song choice and ask for feedback form the client. This is usually within 2 weeks of the filming date.
6) I finalize the edit. I can give the client the master file after they have approved it. This is usually 3-4 weeks after the filming date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Film Production from Webster University. I have been doing professional video work for over 17 years.
