Introduction: Students in my class can expect to develop both stamina and strength, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. By using traditional Kundalini yoga techniques called Kriyas (sequences of movements), coupled with chanting, breathing and moments of stillness, students who arrive stressed and anxious leave happy, balanced, uplifted and peaceful. Practicing Kundalini yoga awakens us to our own possibilities where living in happiness can be a daily event. “Kundalini” is a Sanskrit word that translates as “curl or coiled” and is energy inside our bodies, specifically in and along our spinal column. Kundalini energy is dormant energy that we all possess but often have difficulty recognizing and using it in our daily life. All human beings contain these energies which remain dormant in our bodies if not awakened; thus, resulting in a variety of ways such as illness, imbalances, lethargy and unhappiness. This is suitable for all levels of practice. It is fun and easy. Health benefits include stress release, focus, strength and stamina on all levels, higher levels of energy and clarity creating happiness from the inside out. Meditation is a part of Kundalini and Tantra Kriya Yoga yoga. Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Sat Nam Rayasan is known as the "Art of Knowing". The neutral mind is engaged for meditation and healing of self and others. Kundalini yoga assists in reaching this natural state of the mind. Tantra Kriya yoga is a body-based path to learning to "live in bliss". Through activating the body, stilling the mind, arousing sexual energy in a safe appropriate way and then transmuting it to increase vitality, health and longevity, we can enjoy our life. There are four levels of learning with a Tantra Kriya yoga teacher. Corporate consultations and private and group classes are available. Our services include tantra awareness classes, tantra relationship coaching and preventative health consultation.
