My deck had been severely damaged after a tree fell on it, and he walked me through exactly what needed to be done. He removed the tree from the deck, reattached the deck to the house, and replaced all of the damaged boards. I received the estimate the very next day, and it was incredibly reasonable. It came in at about half the price of two other estimates I received and nearly one-third the cost of the highest estimate. He let me know he was booked about a week out, and true to his word, he called the day before to confirm. On the scheduled day, he actually arrived 10 minutes early with everything he needed to complete the job. What I thought would take at least a week was finished in just three days. He worked from morning until evening each day without wasting time, and his work ethic was truly impressive. Best of all, the estimate was exactly what I paid. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no unexpected add-ons. It’s refreshing to find someone who does exactly what they say they’re going to do and stands behind their word.
