- What types of customers have you worked with?
Primarily, we do residential work. We clean all types of homes in the Mid-TN area. We also clean and restore decks, fences, driveways and gutters. We can make them look like new! We also do commercial work- cleaning apartment buildings and commercial structures. HOA's are always welcome!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I highly recommend someone looking for exterior cleaning services to find a company who DOES NOT charge by the hour. A professional pressure washing company will not charge by the hour, but by the job. This is for the simple fact that different equipment and chemicals need to be utilized for each specific job performed and you can't account for that with an hourly rate. A company charging an hourly rate is usually one that either does not possess the skills and knowledge to get the job done correctly, or is a backyard contractor working for gas money. If you tried to call these companies next year, chances are they won't be in business. Hire someone who has knowledge of proper equipment and chemicals. The chemicals used by professionals ARE safe, when used by a professional. This is much safer than someone blasting away at your vinyl or wood deck. Also, hire someone who has a reputation for providing quality results and 100% satisfaction.
