Excellent experience with Burke Plumbing & Drains. We had a stubborn drain clog that turned out to require cutting out and replacing a section of our main sewer line. Tyler diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and completed the repair efficiently. Professional, communicative, and the work has held up well since. We offer free on-site estimates and no service fee charges.
Our pricing is reasonable and lower compared to other companies in the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit to come out and diagnose the issue. After assessing we will provide a thorough explanation of the work needing to be done and provide options for the repair . We will complete the work that day if possible or schedule a return date. We will provide updates throughout the entire process. We do not collect a payment until the job is 100% complete and you are satisfied with the work.
