Working with Matt was a great experience. We had two things that we wanted Matt to give us a quote on. It was easy to setup a time for Matt to come out and provide an estimate. His estimate was fair and reasonable. My wife and I were both really impressed by Matt's professionalism and straight forward approach. He quoted us a flat rate to complete the two items (moving an inline pressure pump and replacing a bathroom faucet). After receiving the quote Matt was able to come back out within a week to complete the work. He was very flexible working with our schedule, which can be hectic with sports schedules and kids activities. After the work was completed there was a minor issue that I noticed a few days after (a part failure, nothing to do with Matt's workmanship). I contacted Matt and he came out the next morning and remedied the issue. The whole process from quote to install to service was excellent. If you have plumbing work that needs to be completed and you don't use Matt, that's a mistake.
