- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are currently doing a lot of upgrades from older Windows XP computers to new Windows 7 (yes they are still available) or Windows 8 PCs and the data transfer that goes along with that.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a young lady that was panicked because she had a paper that was due and suddenly she couldn't get any of her documents to work with any of her programs. We made a simple remote access to her PC and was able to reset her file associations and get her going again in a matter of minutes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure you are not hiring some kid with a website. A cheap up front cost is not always the best choice. Think about who you are inviting into your business or home.
