- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $110 per hour for services not offered in house. On-site service has a 1 hour minimum during business hours, 2 hour minimum after hours, and includes travel time. Beyond the first hour, we charge in 30 minute increments. Remote support services (we log into your computer from our office) can be provided in 15 minute increments, with no minimum time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read and study on a daily basis to remain current on my skills and learn new skills. I utilize services like Safaribooksonline.com, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and Lynda.com
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is technologically savvy, and I was raised using computers and playing games. The desire to understand what he did drove me to constantly want to learn more. I love to learn, and technology is an ever-changing field that allows me to learn constantly.
