Our team has 20 plus years experience in carpentry, framing, paint,drywall,plumbing ,electrical,tile,carpet, kitchen remodels and bath remodels. Full outdoor hardscapes, covered porches, either open,screened or four seasoned. Etc!!! We do all things construction! We specialize for year in remodeling interior and exterior of homes! We do new builds or additions to the home, high-end custom work or just a regular spec build. There’s no job that we cannot do! We work with interior designers if you have one or one that we refer, or if it’s an easy project then we could put together a rendering ourselves!

Mike Baxter of Baxter Renovations was super helpful. I had a general idea what I wanted and he shared picture examples of his work which helped me decide. He did exactly what he said he would do and when, and he stayed in touch. His workers were professional and respectful. I highly recommend Baxter Renovations. I had a great experience working with Mike and his team. Mike was incredibly responsive, calling within only hours of my initial inquiry. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was envisioning for our project. His team executed the project perfectly, and I am so happy with the final results (images are before final stain). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are only good for 4 weeks with the constant fluctuation in lumber prices right now.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in quality of life for our clients and team. With most decks we can give estimates just by seeing pictures and if you know a general idea of what size deck you are wanting. We can come out to to give a quote in person if you prefer, Once a deposit has been made we will reserve a spot on our schedule. Typically we will give a certain week that work would begin. Given this is outside work we have to work around weather on occasions so timing is never exact. On the day the job is completed the full balance is due. You will get daily updates on the progress of your project. I will always relay information to you on what time we will be there the following workday and what is on the agenda to accomplish for that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mike, the owner, has been in the construction industry for 18 years. He has extensive knowledge with this trait. I am a certified licensed professional, and I am very picky about the quality of work that we provide. I’m not saying that we are perfect because we all make mistakes but at the end of the project my word is to promise you that you love the final result.
