- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone introduction. Then allow enough time prior to the job before a meet and greet. This includes changing information, getting to know the customer, and learning of special needs they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 2,000 classroom hours concerning electrical theory and practical application. Nearly ten years of field experience. Over 500 hours of continuing education. Passed the National Journeymen Wiremen Exam. Passed the Tennessee State Masters Electrical Exam. Numerous certifications to include. 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA certifications in general industry and construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Four years electrical apprenticeship with the IBEW.
