Neimar and his crew are true professionals. They were patient when we had to make some adjustments mid-project and were collaborative in helping us make a good stylistic choice for us. They were willing to try some ideas on some patterned layouts that ultimately didn’t look right in the space, didn’t complain, offered several other suggestions, one of which we landed on and looks great. They really helped revive these 67 year-old oak floors and the tie in between old, reclaimed and new is all seamless.
Their process is thorough, and they use upper tier professional equipment. Having refinished DIY and hired out professionally before, this is a step up in service and quality from the bigger “local radio advertised” flooring company.
The sanding and vacuuming is all done with HEPA filtration and we were so impressed with how little dust there was. They crew really knows what they’re doing on the drum sander and there’s no gouges anywhere. Their repair work is excellent and invisible after refinishing where we moved some duct placements. They were prompt every morning, did a great job leaving the jobsite clean at the end of each day, and even worked well with other trades that were on site to ensure the project moved forward on a tight deadline. I could not be more impressed with Neimar and his crew and hope to be able to use them on other projects in the future and will continue to recommend them.

Can’t say enough about the work that was done in our home. Everything looks so fresh and beautiful. It was a husband and wife that came out to our house and they were so nice and so professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. We are so happy with the work that was done. We work very hard to provide the absolute fairest pricing, and while keeping a very high standard in quality of work!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When painting, we usually check whether Draywall repairs need to be made before primer and finish. Flooring we always start by evaluating the space. We do a property evaluating and look humidity levels, and damage. From there we can get a bid started and start the repair - removal - or installation process!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 22 plus yers of experience in the flooring and 9 of painter and fabrication industry. I’ve grown up in the industry working with mentors and trainers from across the globe. I’m passionate around bringing clients dreams to life !
