Memory of Elegance is an affordable option for the bride on a budget. Natasha is definitely flexible to find the right product mix for every budget. My bouquet was absolutely AMAZING! I gave Natasha a picture of an idea and she made it even better. The rest of our flowers were pretty simply, primarily baby's breath and some white roses for the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces. Word the wise, if you can afford it go with real roses and not the tea roses for corsages. They did turn brown toward the end of the evening. The only thing that I would say should have been better is the boutonniere and corsage for our flower girl and ring bearer. We did a contract amendment a couple months prior to the wedding because I had forgotten these two in the wedding party flowers. Natasha dropped off our flowers at our venue and we realized after she was gone that these were missing. Luckily my maids help show my coordinator how to make something for the kids before they walked down the aisle. With kids, it was hard because they felt left out. So that was the only experience that should have been better. All and all a good experience, especially on our small budget. Thank you!

natasha was very friendly and helpful in choosing the flowers for my wedding; she understood me well and i had a blast when we met up to discuss things. unfortunately, there was a mixup and i ended up with mostly the flowers and greenery that i had specifically said i did NOT want :((

Natasha from Memory of Elegance was absolutely wonderful!! She was very professional, listened to everything and all the details I wanted. She kept in contact with me and showed me examples of different pieces for the wedding reception and ceremony. When it came to the "big" day we were all so very happy with her attention to detail and creativity. All the guests kept commenting about how beautiful everything turned out and how perfect and beautiful the arrangements were and how wonderful they smelled. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Floral work is custom - it will change if something becomes hard to get or seasons chances. I am very upfront on costs - if something will cost more I do everything I can to suggest options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has reached out to me I like to send them a questionnaire to fill out. From there I can create a proposal for them to review before scheduling a meeting. Once we have had a consultation and updated proposal if needed they sign and a retainer is paid and then we will follow up if needed until the wedding! Wedding day we arrive and delivery personal flowers and other decor pieces.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of online floral schools and education courses provided by other professionals in the industry. I read about upcoming trends and do my best to stay updated on them.
