- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Floral work is custom - it will change if something becomes hard to get or seasons chances. I am very upfront on costs - if something will cost more I do everything I can to suggest options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has reached out to me I like to send them a questionnaire to fill out. From there I can create a proposal for them to review before scheduling a meeting. Once we have had a consultation and updated proposal if needed they sign and a retainer is paid and then we will follow up if needed until the wedding! Wedding day we arrive and delivery personal flowers and other decor pieces.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of online floral schools and education courses provided by other professionals in the industry. I read about upcoming trends and do my best to stay updated on them.
