Oliver Construction installed our new shower kit. He did a great job. My husband pointed out something that he was unhappy with, during construction, and Oliver promptly handled it. He maintained professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. I will use them again when I am ready to tile my bathroom floor!

Oliver, owner of Oliver Construction, helped repair the poor framing carpentry of my garage done originally by someone unqualified and clearly not experienced. In short, 2x6 rafters were used instead of 2x8's and a poorly scabbed together set of 2x8's were used as a center beam (only held together by nails). Oliver came to my house to research the issue, give me a quote, and Oliver was the most polite and offered the best solution. The solution he provided was not given to me by the other 5 contractors I had come out and give me quotes. Most other general contractors wanted to tear down everything and start from scratch, but Oliver was willing, and frankly skilled enough, to offer a better solution. Oliver had a professional invoice system and was up-to-date on sending me invoices, receipts, and communication about the transaction. We did have a miscommunication about 1 part of the job that he was under the impression he didn't have to do, and I believed was part of the job as a whole. He did that part anyway (~45 min job) which was very courteous and professional. All in all, I would definitely recommend Oliver. Its clear he is a skilled carpenter and is able to offer innovative solutions for a variety of obstacles.
