The team that came out was amazing! They were professional, worked extremely hard moving items down 3 flights and back up 3 flights without complaint and a constant smile on their faces. They were kind to my little one running around and ever so cautious. I would use them again and again and look forward to working with them on the house cleaning. They are competitively priced and just overall really nice people. The service started before and after the move. The woman coordinating everything checked in before, during and after the job. She was very nice and informative, and also came by the job to check in. 10 stars!!!

I had communicated with this moving company in details to what was needed for the move . They were very positive & seemed supportive to what my needs were for the job. I felt confident in everything we had discussed and got a quote of the job. The day before- 12 hours before we confirmed the job. And went back over the process. Then was told it would cost double the amount I had been given. I wasn’t even moving, I needed furniture moved so that floors could be replaced. Luckily right after getting off the phone with them, I had asked a friend if they knew anyone. And I was given someone that was gonna do it for the third of the price that I have been quoted. Luckily, the timing worked out because I had already hired the flooring company to come in the next morning. I feel that they waited to the last minute to change the price on me thinking that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone last minute.
