I needed a deep clean for a move out. Tarcila and her husband were incredibly thorough and punctual. They were very easy to work with and would definitly recommend using their service when you need cleaning for any type of space.

I’ve lived with my service for a week now, and it makes me sad that I can only give Tarsicila only three stars for the quality of work that her service left me with for a deep cleaning. Unfortunately areas that I think that should be included in a deep cleaning that were not cleaned or behind my couch my kitchen cabinet fronts, my ceiling fans, I paid extra for my oven to be cleaned, but the drawer underneath wasn’t cleaned. Not even dusted. Speaking of dusted my main bedroom, my haven place I spend the majority of my time since I have fibromyalgia the reason that even sparked me hiring the service to begin with, my main bedroom wasn’t dusted. I’m not kidding. Behind my bed wasn’t cleaned. I still have dust bunnies Attached to my bed and to the wall that were there before the cleaners came. I did have high hopes when they came in my house and started upstairs cleaning the upstairs and the house was smelling of bleach and even cleaned my son’s room (which I tipped for), but to be honest, I’d rather that time had been spent on MY ROOM 😕. I paid extra to have my fridge cleaned, however there was an expired package of cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the drawers. I only decided to leave my reviews in hopes that it will bring your awareness to these area in future customers homes and that you might improve. However, just because the time was up on a quoted job, does not mean you should cut corners at the end of a job to save time.

Hello Rebecca, I just received your review on thumbtack. You could have texted or called me anytime. I’ve could return and did your claims. When I was in your house, for the estimate I told you that in the first cleaning will be really hard to clean it perfectly at first time because the condition that your house was. And I also told you that the next time I could give you a discount on the price, since it will be easier to do. I was really clear with you on that!!! I also, asked you to trash all the stuff that was out of date, because I don’t do it. You saw me removing everything out, washing your shelves and drawers!!! Yes, we did on the time that was quoted,because I did what was need. We really regret to did you sons bedroom(what is included in the price). And bleach smells is because I need to used too much to clean the bathrooms!You just give $20 as tip, was not even 10%. I really wanted to help you. I did with love, cause I know who hard it is for you to clean. Thank you.
