I've been married for 43 years , work full time as a nurse and have never had a maid.. This cleaning ladies are Super Stars.. They did an excellent job. Our home is sparkling. They even took the time to do some personal 'staging" with some of our things which was not only thoughtful but truly made us feel awesome with the service. Kudos to the team.

They were prompt to schedule and answer any questions. The team was very professional and worked hard to be very detailed. I love their cleaning products and they shared names/brands with me. We just moved here and the owner was so helpful and welcoming! :) They are top notch!!!

Megan has been very actively involved in assuring our satisfaction. She has great crews who are conscientious about the quality of their work. We have had several special requests and Megan and her team have worked great for us. If we need special attention somewhere we just let her know. Megan always follows up to make sure we’re satisfied. We have used other services and MNM is far and away the best quality, value and consistency we’ve experienced. I would highly recommend MNM. We have been using this service for nearly a year. High quality in all aspects of cleaning. It’s so great to come in to floors that feel clean. Even the baseboards are dust free. Pricing will be customize to your needs and home. We offer a variety of discounts based upon the frequency and types of cleanings. My business is licensed and insured.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure that every new customer is happy. My first process is to make the customer feel comfortable with us in their home and what their needs are. I will ask for feedback until all expectations have been met to satisfy that customer. While this is a business that I use grow financially, I also enjoy building relationships. You will not be just another client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business management degree from MTSU. I have experience cleaning commercial and residential homes.
