- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my industry I would not recommend a standard pricing system for anything. You find a guy that used a standard pricing system. You will find that his services 9 times out of 10 are standard or sub par. I will provide you exceptional service and guarantee my work. I charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prompt communication, identify the problem, offer the best solution, earn their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professionally mowed lawns and landscaped now for 18 years. During that time I have also bought, fixed up and flipped 34 homes in Mississippi. I have tried to do about everything you can imagine in home improvement and landscaping. Don't worry I just charge for the ones I am good at.
