We started this junk removal company in February 2018 and we just love helping people save money and get rid of their unwanted junk that is lying around.

Kristi is an excellent customer service provider she followed up from beginning to end. Derrick did an awesome job of removing unwanted items. Model customer service, wish Kristi answered every time I call to request any service.

I wrote an inquiry on Thumbtack for someone who hauled junk and within minutes I was hearing from Kristy w/JJ’s Dinomight Hauling! The crew arrived on time as scheduled, they were professional, and they were quick as well as reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3% fee added if you use any cash app except for Zelle(free) but cash is ALWAYS good! Also I provide a receipt too!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, please be accurate with photos. This will allow us to give you an accurate quote. If we get on site and pictures aren’t accurate then the price will change
