I’m so SO thankful our family found Green Home Solutions! TRUST is a big deal… it’s very hard to come by these days & after working with Green Home on 2 separate personal homes & a rental home, I trust them completely! They really helped us when we were struggling to find someone we could trust. And we felt better after Green Home finished! Brian has always been so patient, so accommodating, gracious & FAST to respond when we needed something quickly. They have demonstrated over & over, that they ACTUALLY care about our family. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we have a historical home (with plaster walls)– so there were some additional complexities & building restrictions with our home. Other companies had not been able to identify the root cause, but GREEN HOME did and they educated us on what was causing the problems & presented actual solutions, to ensure our home was safe for our family. Their process took a holistic approach to the overall health of the home, instead of just band-aids. We needed help navigating a mold issue and the owners walked us through it step by step. Communications were responsive through email, phone and text. They both took time to explain the process and answered any questions that we had. The work was professional and efficient. They are very knowledgable about mold and took the time to educate us. The price was reasonable and fair. Above all they have integrity, and we trusted that they had our best interest at heart. Would highly recommend them for any air quality issues!

We had water entry into our crawlspace & had tried to figure out the source, but hadn’t been able to. We called Brian at Green Home Solutions - he worked us into his schedule & came out that evening. My Mom contacted Green Home Solutions of Middle TN & the owner, Brian, thoroughly inspected my entire home. He took his time with me, was very patient, never pressured me & did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Instead, he took a consultative approach, educated me on what was happening inside my home, and gave me options to address the situation. Brian also fixed another problem that was not part of the proposal while he was here. Everything is plant-based, so I knew it was safe & I only had to be out of my home for 3 hours!
