I started a search for patio quotes recently. I had a lot of contact and quotes. However, The Covered Patio excels beyond all the others!

The initial contact with Chase was stellar customer service! Pleasant, bright, great follow-up, etc., etc. I am pretty hard core when it comes to crappy or excellent customer service, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Chase is superb. It was a pleasant experience.

Then, Justin came to look at my area, talked with me, and gave me a quote. He arrived as expected, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient!

The customer service went above and beyond, which is sadly missing in the world today.

On top of The Covered Patios incredible customer service, they came back with the best quote. Reasonable and realistic for them as a small business and for us.

I couldn’t be happier with my screened in porch, it looks amazing and is of very sturdy quality. The quoting process was easy and I didn’t get quoted for extra things I didn’t really need so the prices were fair. (another vendor was 2k higher) All the guys were very friendly and easy to work with.
